North Beach Remodel

Contemporary Remodel of a 1940’s North Seattle home with Northern views of Puget Sound. Keeping the original landscape-nestled footprint and kitchen/bathroom core, the remodel reorganizes 3 bedrooms, a laundry room and office; and opens up the living and circulation spaces with the bonus of a reading loft.
