A cottage development in Mukilteo, WA. Positioned on a steep slope overlooking the Sound, the Cottages act as a transition in density on the site. With small detached unit at the East side and medium sized duplex designs at the middle, the quaint clusters lead to a larger stacked multi-family building at the West side just before the grade drops down to the coast. Each design is around 1,200sf with 3 bedrooms including a ground floor master, large private deck and yard, and access to common areas.
