Meydenbauer Addition

Contemporary Addition to a two-story 1920’s Bellevue home just West of downtown.

Opening up to unobstructed views of Lake Washington, the work turns an existing bedroom wing of the main floor into a two-car garage, and floats a new dining room out over part of the backyard. Adding another level creates three spacious bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room and large bonus room with deck.
